报名时需交注册费$30。注册时需填写好报名表及交付学费。本营不能给未办理完整手续的学生保留名额。所有学生报名时需带有效的身体检查及预防针证明一份。
Registration Fee: $30 per person.
Registration forms need to be filled up and the tuition paid. For those
whose procedures are incomplete, the position will not be guaranteed.
Student must have a health certificate and immune shot certificate.

夏令营费：$1,495（3月20日前），$1,595
(3月20日后)，费用包括：云南段机票费、星级酒店住宿费、餐费、旅游及门票费、洗衣费、营服营帽、 保险费、接车费、联欢、录制VCD等费用。除个人自购物品，绝无额外收费。（以上费用不包括国际机票和北京至云南段机票）
Tuition: $1,495 (before March 20), $1595
(after March 20). The fee includes room & board accommodation, all tours,
laundry, camp suits and cap, insurance, transportation, parties, pictures (VSD).
There is no extra-fee absolutely.
报名要求：9岁以上，有生活自理能力，身体健康。
Requirements: 9 years old & up,
well-organized, and in good-health. Interview is required.
备注:
1. 请自行到中国领事馆办理赴中国的签证。(如需代办签证，新泽西$30，纽约$30, 波士顿$40)
2.
因夏季机票紧张,要提早预定,费用$1,250，包括纽约至北京，北京至昆明的往返机票。夏令营报名截止日为4月30日。如自己解决机票，夏令营报名截止日为5月30日。
3. 退款政策：6月30日以前退学者半额退款,6月30日以后及开学后因故缺席,请假和中途退学恕不退费。
4. 所开支票如退票一律收手续费$20。
5. 我同意2006美国华裔青少年中国寻根夏令营使用我的孩子与夏令营有关的照片及录相。
Remarks:
1. Visa to China is obtained by the students themselves.
2. Since summer tour peak causes a great shortage of air tickets, the
deadline has to be set up on April 30th to guarantee our students air
tickets.
3. Refund Policy: For those who cancel prior to June 30th will get half of
the tuition, for those cancel after June 30th or absent after the opening of
the camp under any circumstance will not get any refund.
4. Each returned check will be charged $20 additionally.
5. Consent of all pictures and videos taken and used by the camp organizer
for “Chinese American Youth China Summer Camp 2005 for Beijing Olympiad
2008”for each student who takes part in the camp. |
