SELECTION PROCESS
Participating Children will be assembled in THREE groups according to
their age:
3 yrs to 8 yrs Group A
9 yrs to 12 yrs Group B
13 yrs to 18 yrs Group C
The primary selection will take place from April 10th to 21st, 2006. By
April 28th, 2006 the final selection will be made by the panel of judges
consisting of national artists.
In 2006, there will be a three week-long exhibition separately in New
Jersey, New York and Boston which will consist of all the award-winning
and some selected paintings.
In August 2006, there will be an exhibition in Beijing, China and
Shanghai, China which will consist of all the award-winning and some
selected paintings.

注：各選手參賽時的年齡以作品創作日為基準
評比辦法
大賽評委將分別在亞洲文化中心對參賽作品進行現場評審
評分標準
藝術作品的創意和構思：40%
藝術作品語言的表達和機理效果30%
繪畫的構圖色彩和造型的基礎能力30%
