2004年“美丽人生”模特选拔赛11月14日进行初赛，组委会从报名参赛的43名选手中选出了进入本次选拔赛决赛的14位佳丽。她们平均年龄21.1岁，最大29岁，最小17岁。平均身高5'9"，平均体重118磅。她们将会参加12月19日在曼哈顿威特中心进行的决赛。同时，组委会还选出另外10位友谊小姐。

Joscelyn Chang13岁时进入Barbizon模特学校学习，毕业后担任Mandee’服装公司模特，又加入华夏模特队，参加纽约和新州多个表演。2002年，她参加了第一个比赛，纽约新泽西模特奥林匹克大赛。 Joseclyn Chang signed up with the Barbizon Modeling School and Agency at the age of 13. After that, Joscelyn modeled for Mandee's clothing store, then joined HuaXia Models and modeled at cultural and community events in New Jersey and New York. And in 2002, Joscelyn competed for the first time in the NY/NJ Modeling Olympics.

有空时也会打篮球,排球,网球。还特别喜欢做菜和室内设计。 Zheng Wang took part in a Shanghai’s photography and model contest where out of over 500 models, she placed in the top 10. Towards the end of 2001, she came to America. Zheng Wang currently lives in Washington D.C. and works as an accountant. While she is not at work, she enjoys all athletic activities, especially hiking. She graduated from the FIT with her BFA in Fashion Design. It has always been her dream to eventually become a top tier fashion designer, and a successful business woman. In 1999, she competed in a Nationwide Sewing/Design contest in Missouri and won the competition. She also received the 1st place winner in the Miss Mei-Hua Beauty Pageant 2003.
